Carol was born in Gainesville, Texas and moved to Nampa as a five year old. After accepting Christ as Savior at seventeen, her life has never been the same.

The Lord has blessed her with husband of thirty-four years, Howard Andrews and children Mallisa (Collin) Sower, Angela (Jesse) Shuster, Daniel (Michelle) Andrews. In addition Howard and Carol have eight grandchildren; Brynna and Austin Sower; Morgan, Madaline, Maycee and Miyah Shuster; and Campbell and Carson Andrews.

The Andrews attend Central Valley Baptist Church in Meridian and Cascade Baptist Church in Cascade.

Carol is a Business Development Representative for Pioneer Title Company in Nampa and Vice President of Soroptomist of Nampa.
